Criteria for GNWP Membership:
- Membership is by organization only
- Organizations should be working on advocacy and action on United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 and the related resolutions on Women, Peace and Security in the Global South
- Organizations based in the Global North working on the issue in the Global South may also apply
- Willingness and ability to participate actively in the collective work of GNWP
- Recommendation by at least two GNWP members that are totally autonomous from the organization applying
