Our mission is to promote to promote active nonviolent peacebuilding in Africa with women as key players.
Strategic goals:
We seek to enhance peace on the continent through following five strategic approaches

iv) Strengthening collaborations with other peace-building governmental and non-governmental partners/actors in the region and globally
v) Strengthening our resource base for sustainability of the movement
Presently WPP-Africa has networks in 29 countries in Africa, and hopes to combine women’s peace-building excellence and capacity building with unprecedented commitment to active–non violence, to improve peace, and to be recognized as a leader in Africa.
