Center for Women in Governance (CEWIGO), Uganda
Established in 2006, CEWIGO is a think tank dedicated to policy analysis, research on women’s role in politics, and building women’s leadership capacity. CEWIGO produces impact studies, needs assessments, analyses of best practices and training manuals. The organization aims to build a critical mass of women with capacity to effectively participate in politics and decision making at all levels of governance, promote democracy, and women’s justice.
