Cadre Permanent de Concertation de la Femme Congolese (CAFCO), DRC
Created in 2005 CAFCO actively lobbies for women’s participation in the peace processes of DRC; to integrate gender dimensions into the decision making processes; and for women’s representation in public office. It also sensitizes and mobilizes women to participate in the electoral processes. CAFCO serves as an umbrella organization in DRC.
